The 900,000 square foot complex reestablishes West 7th Street as an important entertainment and shopping district. The architecture of the district is an eclectic blend of lifestyle storefronts and modern styling. This mixed-used project in the Fort Worth Museum District includes demolition and redevelopment of five city blocks and the construction of retail, office, hotel, and residential space. Owner Cypress Equities has charged Rogers-O’Brien with overall management of the project, from coordination of existing infrastructure to completion of finish-out. The completed project features pedestrian walkways, tree-lined streets, plazas, and outdoor seating.
