The keys to success of project execution begins with setting up proper progress schedules, tracking all associated tasks accordingly and reporting all measured activities throughout the construction process. System Electric Co. ensures we implement measurable milestones during baseline scheduling for all facets of the services we provide, which are recognized by EPC Services Company, from conceptual design through procurement and construction and into the testing, checkout and commissioning phases of our projects.
System Electric Co.’s Project Managers issue periodic formal and informal progress reports to keep the client, as well as other team members, informed as to the progress of the project design and construction. Reports are customized for each unique project, but at a minimum include a detailed description of work performed and actual variances with baseline schedule performance, as well as known and/or anticipated critical issues. Weekly conference calls or meetings are standard practice and include the Owner and all System Electric Co. team members. Also utilizing the “plan of the day” meetings providing a means to flow down issues from weekly calls and written reports that direct specific actions items, ensuring progress in the most time efficient way.
System Electric Co.’s program controls consists of Project Managers having a great depth of experience in the use of scheduling software and access to outside scheduling experts to develop templates and detailed schedules for design, procurement, construction and commissioning of projects.
