Built in 1913, Curry Hall is the oldest remaining building on Campus. This work will upgrade the building’s utility systems to meet current building codes and replace systems that are beyond their life expectancy. Overall, the building will receive new systems for air conditioning, electricity, plumbing, and fire sprinkler protection. Classrooms on the first and second floors will also receive a refresh of furniture and finishes. These building system upgrades will make the building more energy-efficient, too.
Expected Completion: January 2023
