Standing over Fort Worth’s popular West 7th district, One West 7th is a six-story, 103,250 square foot office building with direct access to retail shops, entertainment and residential apartments. System Electric Co. partnered with Rogers-O’Brien to complete the site, infrastructure, shell, and interior lighting package for the building. One West 7th is LEED Certified Silver by the U.S. Green Building Council.
