American Leather Headquarters

Custom upholstery manufacturer, American Leather, has moved into its new manufacturing plant and headquarters. The new 205,000 square facility is located in the Mountain Creek Business Park in South Dallas. The new facility represents a $10 million investment for the 14-year-old company, including the upgrading and replacement of machinery and equipment. The new factory is designed as a cross-dock facility to facilitate materials flow. The building has a 30-foot clear span ceiling in the factory with two-story windows and skylights, and most of the space is air-conditioned.
