The first phase of a four-phase campus development for Nokia Americas, a communications technology leader, is a 300,000 square foot four-story headquarters office building. The project was composed of three equal building pods clad in precast concrete and slightly staggered with glassy atriums inserted between each. Nokia House was positioned to offer excellent views of the adjacent lake for the most important public and communal spaces. Parking is located under the building and in an adjacent three-level above ground structure.
