During construction of the Plaza at Preston Center project, Rogers-O’Brien was also selected to complete the finish-out of the new University Park Public Library, located on the building’s second and third floors. With a total size of 15,000 square foot, the library provides a wide variety of services for the local community and includes several quiet study rooms, a children’s area and meeting space.
